BRIC Foundation opens doors in Entertainment, Gaming, Media, and Tech for the next generation of creators and innovators. Through partnerships with industry leaders, educators, and public institutions, BRIC works to expand access and create real pathways for women and people from underrepresented communities to thrive.
Founded by Alison Mann after 17 years in creative talent recruitment, BRIC was built on a clear insight: Lasting change doesn’t start at the hiring stage. It starts earlier. By reaching young people before systems narrow their options, BRIC helps spark curiosity, build confidence, and shift who gets to imagine themselves in these industries, and succeed in them.
“Now as the industry trends toward a creator-led economy, it’s become essential to equip young people with the tools they need to have agency over their careers and to nurture their small businesses,” said Nicole Hendrix, Executive Director and Co-Founder of the BRIC Foundation. “We’re excited to introduce Creative Entrepreneurship Day on February 2 to empower creators to turn their creative passions into thriving careers on their own terms.”
