A Noise Within (ANW) is a leading regional theatre producer based in Pasadena. ANW’s award-winning resident company presents world-class theatre at their state-of-the-art, 324-seat performing space. ANW’s Paid Apprenticeship Program is designed for BIPOC theatre artists in pursuit of a career in theatre or production/design. Apprentices will work closely with ANW theatre professionals, gaining firsthand experience and invaluable training. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, and previous theatre experience is not required.

Stay updated on ANW’s youth programs, including the Theatre Immersion Program, which gives teen theatre artists behind-the-scenes access to rehearsals and shows, and the Teen Leadership Council, a student-led initiative for teens ages 14 – 18 who are interested in developing their skills as theatre producers and community leaders.
