Reporting to the Executive Director, the OM will develop and execute the internal operational strategies necessary to achieve the goals and objectives of Snap Foundation, setting policy and direction while also being an active participant in, and driver of, the Foundation’s overall strategy. The organization is seeking a skilled finance professional with exceptional communication skills who is inspired by the possibility of making an impact on Los Angeles for generations to come.
● Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
● 5+ years work experience in foundations, nonprofits, consulting, finance, legal, or human resources.
● Ample experience with office management technology and database systems.
● A CPA and/or MBA is a plus.
